[Atrial fibrillation in apparently healthy persons]. 1986

The author reports about three young patients with chronic atrial fibrillation. No data about organic disease of the cardiovascular system have been established by the detailed clinical and paraclinical study. All three patients were influenced by the treatment with cardiac glucosides, panangin and quinidine-they recovered the sinus rhythm. After recovering the sinus rhythm and followed up for one year, no data about organic disease of the cardiovascular system had been established.
