It has been shown that a group of bullous diseases of children with overlapping symptoms of dermatitis herpetiformis (DH) and bullous pemphigoid (BP), characterized by linear IgA deposits in the unchanged skin, should be regarded as a nosological entity. From the practical point of view it seems justified to set apart this group because of differences in treatment.
