[Unilateral Purtscher traumatic angiopathy]. 1986

Description of the fundus picture in a case of traumatic angiopathic retinopathy (Purtscher's disease). The authors present a report on a 19-year-old man who had a chest injury. Ophthalmoscopic changes were found in one eye only. The fundus alterations are compared with those found in cases of fat embolism.
