[Clinical studies on cefminox in the field of obstetrics and gynecology]. 1985

Clinical and laboratory studies on cefminox (CMNX, MT-141), a new injectable cephamycin antibiotic, were made in the field of obstetrics and gynecology, and following results were obtained. In the clinical trial, 12 cases were treated with CMNX given by intravenous drip infusion. The results were excellent in 2 cases, good in 8 cases and poor in 2 cases. The effectiveness rate was 83.3%. No side effect was recognized. No significant changes of laboratory findings were noticed.
