Ischemic colitis masquerading as colonic tumor: an unusual endoscopic presentation. 1986

A case of ischemic colitis masquerading as colonic submucosal tumor with no superficial mucosal lesion is reported. This unusual and less well known endoscopic presentation of colonic ischemia is emphasized and a rational approach to the management of ischemic colitis is discussed.
