[Determination of zinc, copper and magnesium in the umbilical cord blood of hypotrophic newborn infants]. 1986

H Nagel, and R During, and L Bendel

We determined copper, zinc and magnesium in 19 retarded and 21 normotropic newborns and there mothers in the cord blood serum and in the maternal serum. The content of magnesium in cord blood and the content of zinc in the maternal serum were significantly different in both groups.
