Cryptogenic fibrosing alveolitis, chronic active hepatitis and autoimmune haemolytic anaemia in the same patient. 1985

A J Williams, and J Marsh, and D E Stableforth

A unique case is reported in which cryptogenic fibrosing alveolitis, chronic active hepatitis and autoimmune haemolytic anaemia occurred together. An underlying systemic disorder, possibly autoimmune, may have been responsible. The clinical course and HLA antigen status support this hypothesis.
