[Suppurative echinococcal cysts in the abdominal cavity]. 1985

An experience with the treatment of 51 patients with purulent echinococcosis cysts is described. The main operation to be chosen is semiclosed hydatidectomy. Lasers used for the treatment of cyst walls improve results of the treatment.
