[The unilateral pulmonary oedema (author's transl)]. 1979

E Grabbe, and A Darup

6 cases of unilateral pulmonary oedema give rise to discuss the causes of the atypical distribution of pulmonary oedema by means of the literature on hand as well as to consider differential diagnosis in view of pulmonary infiltrates of other origin. Knowledge of the possible unilateral manifestation of pulmonary oedema is necessary to introduce early effective therapy.
