The crystal and molecular structure of 9-alpha-D-arabinofuranosyladenine. 1979

S J Cline, and D J Hodgson

The glycosyl torsional angles in two crystallographically-independent molecules of alpha-araA are -73 and -64 degrees, both of which are in the "anti" region. The sugar conformations are C(3')-endo and C(2')-exo-C(3')-endo.
