Abdominoscrotal hydrocele in infant with hydronephrosis. 1979

A case is presented of an unusually large abdominoscrotal hydrocele with secondary left ureterohydronephrosis owing to contiguous pressure. The technique that made the preoperative diagnosis apparent is described.
