An atypical case of delayed radiation necrosis of the brain. 1979

A patient had radiation necrosis of the brain after treatment for a chromophobe adenoma of the pituitary. Atypically, and in contrast to most previously reported cases, clinical symptoms and signs were few. The computerized tomographic findings are discussed with a review of the relevant literature.
