[Report on multilocated nonspecific coin-like pneumonias (author's transl)]. 1979

K Gallwas, and H Dürschmied, and W Weidig

A report is given about case-histories of coin-imitating pneumonias. The problem of differential diagnosis are discussed. Special emphasis is put on the combination of peripheral bronchial carcinomas with coin-like accompanying pneumonias. Because of different therapeutic consequences a differentiation from metastases seems usefull.
