[Use of hyperbaric oxygenation and dimexide (DMSO) in the overall treatment of chronic hematogenic osteomyelitis in children]. 1979

It has been shown that the use of hyperbaric oxigenation and dimexide for the treatment of chronic osteomyelitis in 43 children had positive therapeutic effect in all the patients. The general state of the patient improved, both general and biochemical properties became normal sooner. Radiological data have shown the reparative processes in the bone tissue to become more rapid.
