[Characteristics of a Billroth I gastric resection for peptic ulcer with opisthorchiasis]. 1979

An analysis of the results of the stomach resections with direct gastroduodenal anastomosis, carried out upon 67 cases with opisthorchiasis, for gastric and duodenal ulcer is presented. The author has described the peculiarities of the surgical treatment and management of such cases in early postoperative period with regard to the concomitant parasitic disease.
