A method of internal fixation of supracondylar fractures of the femur. 1979

From 1968 to 1977 13 supracondylar fractures of the femur in patients aged 16 to 82 years were treated by fixing the fracture with a Wright knee plate. The technique described is bone suture rather than rigid fixation. Reasonably good functional results were obtained in all cases.
