Intramedullary epithelial cyst of the spinal cord. 1979

A female patient with an intramedullary cyst presented with a paraplegia. At operation an intramedullary cyst at the fourth dorsal level was found. The microscopic features of the cyst wall were suggestive of ependymal origin.
