[Surgical treatment of induration in penis plastica]. 1979

D Frang, and J Zana

In the past 5 years the authors have removed the scar tissue in the case of the induration of the penis plastica of 43 patients by their special surgical method. Operation had to be repeated in the case of 5 patients. Twenty-five patients were cured, 15 improved and 3 remained unchanged after operation. The method, if applied with the necessary skill, is a recommendable method for the treatment of the induration of penis plastica. If, after operation the restoration of the function is not perfect, the application of supplementary conservative therapy is justified.
