Interaction between red cell stroma and streptolysin O: inhibition of cytotoxic activity. 1969

P Mastroeni, and A Misefari, and A Nacci

A blood red cell stroma extract neutralizes cytotoxic activity of streptolysin O. The component responsible for inhibition was precipitated by 60% ammonium sulfate and by lysozyme.
