Identifying the sexually abused child in a medical setting. 1977

From January to April 1975, 40 patients treated for gonorrhea in a Pediatric Emergency Clinic were studied to explore the problem of sexual abuse of children. Presented in this article is a review of that study and the resulting method for identifying sexually abused children in the medical setting.
