Effect of tunicamycin on human rotavirus morphogenesis and infectivity. Brief report. 1984

In the presence of tunicamycin, decreases in the number of double-shelled human rotavirus particles coincided with a reduction in cell lysates infectivity. The majority of particles within the endoplasmic reticulum were membrane bound, "enveloped" particles.
