[Effect of plasmapheresis on myocardial functional activity and blood circulation in the thyroid in thyrotoxicosis patients]. 1984

The results are examined of plasmapheresis use for preoperative preparation of 55 thyrotoxic patients. Myocardial function was studied by polycardiography and thyroid circulation by means of rheography. It was concluded that myocardial function and thyroid circulation return to normal under plasmapheresis effect.
