[A device for protein preparative separation in polyacrylamide gel]. 1978

A device of simple design is suggested for proteins preparative separation in polyacrylamide gel. The design of the device include glass and plexiglas elements and ensures bilateral cooling of polyacrylamide gel and continuous elution of protein fractions. Separation of the bull brain neurospecific antigens S-100 and D was performed by the device.
