A restraining system for the head and neck of tortoises or turtles is described which, when associated with a standard electrode carrier, can be used as a stereotaxic apparatus for Chelonians. The apparatus designed has two basic systems: one for holding the neck, the other for holding the head. They are associated with a standard electrode carrier in a common platform.
