Pulmonary changes in paraquat poisoning. 1978

Paraquat is a commonly used herbicide. A case study of ingestion of paraquat is described. Chest radiographs showed coarse nodules, interstitial fibrosis, and pleural effusion. Pathological changes resembled hyaline membrane disease.
