Chemoresponses of Chlamydomonas reinhardtii. 1978

R Hirschberg, and S Rodgers

Cells of Chlamydomonas reinhardtii have been found to respond to chemicals in two ways: chemokinesis and chemotaxis. Several amino acids, fatty acids, and inorganic salts can stimulate these responses.
