Gastroscopic findings in systemic mastocytosis. 1983

We report on the gastroscopic findings in a patient with systemic mastocytosis. It should be noted that the presence of "urticaria-like" lesions in the gastric mucosa is the most characteristic endoscopic picture in this rare disease.
