[Our 15 years' experience using lobectomy with resection and plastic surgery of the bronchi in lung cancer]. 1984

An experience with the treatment of 303 patients with lung cancer subjected to lobectomies with resections and plasty of bronchi is generalized. The immediate results were as follows: postoperative complications in 6,5% +/- 2,0; postoperative lethality in 5,9% +/- 1,3. More than a five year survival was noted in 41,2% of the patients.
