[Significance and ranking of the oesophagus in modern X-ray diagnosis of the stomach (author's transl)]. 1980

A Clientele of 102 patients who were sent for an x-ray study of the stomach only, presented with pathologic findings in the oesophagus unknown to the clinician. We conclude that just a surveying look at the oesophagus under fluoroscopy connection with an x-ray study of the stomach appears to be insufficient.
