[Nonpenetrating liver injuries in combination with cranio-cerebral injuries in children]. 1983

On the basis of an analysis of 68 cases the author examines specific features of the clinical course, diagnosis and treatment of a ruptured liver associated with a cranio-cerebral trauma in children. For better diagnosis in difficult cases the author proposes early microlaparotomy with a "feeling" catheter.
