Dermoid cyst of the tongue: report of a case. 1980

The case of a young patient with an intralingual dermoid cyst is presented. The peculiarities of this case are the large size of the cyst, leading to macroglossia, the patient's inability to close the mouth, and the resultant difficulty in speech and swallowing.
