Dentistry and hepatitis B: the legal risks. 1981

Legal implications of the increased incidence of hepatitis for the dental profession are discussed. Current trends in the law could result in a determination that dentists can be held liable for transmitting hepatitis to patients. The bases for this liability are explored as are possible ways of reducing risk.
