Tinnitus is known as a distressing times sequelae of different ear diseases since the ancient. The objective tinnitus by definition is heard by the patient and the investigator. The subjective tinnitus is hearable for the patient only. The character of tinnitus sometimes leads our attention to that place of the passway of hearing where tinnitus is originating. The goal of therapy is to make the tinnitus tolerable at least - if there is no real cure: this means to convert the noncompensated tinnitus to a compensated one.
