The cloverleaf skull. 1978

A patient presented with the cloverleaf skull, or Kleeblattschädel abnormality. He had a typical trilobed skull with synostosis and a honeycomb appearance on roentgenograms. He had no extracranial skeletal anomalies. The infant died at 1 month of age.
