Training practices in the Oxford region. 1978

Considerably more time for training has been made available by trainers in the Oxford region since July 1976, with regular tutorials being held in all training practices. However, in spite of this by January 1978 nearly half the trainees still received training which was largely unplanned, and some of the reasons for this are briefly discussed.
