Solares-Zamora

After eight years of experience the author presents some variants to the Cairns trabeculectomy and states that the typical surgery, without bleb formation, is limited in time. In order to obtain longer lasting and deeper hypotony it is necessary to provoke the formation of bleb means of variations described below.
