Vascular pedicle of the tensor fascia lata myocutaneous flap. 1981

We analyzed 122 lateral femoral circumflex arteries, using arteriograms and cadavers, to establish more precisely the course of the dominant vascular pedicle of the tensor fascia lata myocutaneous flap. Measurements were also done for preoperative planning.
