[Enzymic determination of acetoacetate and D(--)-3-hydroxybutyrate in urine (author's transl)]. 1978

The enzymic methods for the quantitative determination of acetoacetate and D(--)-3-hydroxybutyrate in blood were modified for the routine determination of these compounds in urine for clinical purposes. Preliminary normal values are reported for children.
