[Use of stroma-free hemoglobin solutions as blood substitute]. 1980

The advantages using stromafree hemoglobin solutions and the results of assements are discussed. An own modus to prepare such a solution is mentioned. The influence on oxygen transport and the blood circulation by stroma-free hemoglobin solution is as well described as the toxicity and intravascular persistence.
