Identification and quantification of O-(beta-hydroxyethyl)-rutosides by mass spectrometry selected ion monitoring. 1980

W Kuhnz, and H Rembold

A complex mixture of O-(beta-hydroxyethyl)-rutosides was separated by Sephadex LH 20 chromatography. The isolated compounds could be identified as their permethyl derivatives. The quantitative distribution of single compounds was determined by selected ion monitoring of the trimethylsilylated mixture.
