[Radiodiagnostics of tumour simulating alterations of the caecum (author's transl)]. 1980

G Mück, and P Loidl

Alterations of the caecum with the radiological aspect of a tumour can be differentiated from malignant tumours by modern methods of examination. The difficulties of differential diagnosis and the possibilities of false interpretations are discussed on the base of more than 3000 double contrast enemas.
