[Total reconstruction of the lower lip]. 1978

A Kovács, and G Szabó

In cases the entire lower lip was extirpated because of lip cancer and in 13 of these patients immediate restitution was performed by the slightly modified method of Grimm. The experience gained with this method is analysed. The fact that beside an acceptable function of the lip the oral orifice has not narrowed is considered the main advantage of the method.
