A method of blepharoplasty for cosmetic purposes to eliminate superfluous skin and fat from aging eyelids is described in detail. A technique for correct placement of incisions, a method of locating and excising orbital fat, control of bleeding and a safe method of approximating skin flaps are discussed and illustrated.
