Mayo Clinic Rochester, Rochester, MN 55905, USA.

In this review the authors discussed the diagnosis and treatment of vasculogenic impotence. They evaluate the different diagnostic methods and treatment possibilities for the everyday clinical practice. The surgical procedures need to be done by qualified specialists who are familiar with penile anatomy and trained in microvascular surgical techniques.

D008866 Microsurgery The performance of surgical procedures with the aid of a microscope.
D010410 Penile Erection The state of the PENIS when the erectile tissue becomes filled or swollen (tumid) with BLOOD and causes the penis to become rigid and elevated.
