Developing a personal professional profile. 1995

K Teasdale

All nurses and midwives need to compile personal professional profiles in order to satisfy the requirements of PREP. Profiles must show the equivalent of five days' study activity every three years. The primary purpose of profiles is to give patients a guarantee that practitioners are up-to-date in their practice. Profiles can be a valuable aid to planning personal and professional development.
