Starting from pyridothiazines 1 and N-methyl(phenyl)hydrazines isomeric derivatives 2 and 3 of the pyrazolo[4,3-c]pyrido[3,2-e]-1,2-thiazine, a new heterocyclic ring system, have been obtained. The structure of the synthesized compounds was confirmed by spectroscopic and elemental analyses. The results of the preliminary pharmacological study of CNS effects caused by compounds 2 are reported.
