Orthopedic Department, Heinrich-Heine University, Düsseldorf, Germany.

Disruptions of the triangular fibrocartilage from its attachment to the radius are common. The authors present their methods for reattachment. The question that lingers is whether the blood supply at the radial attachment is sufficient for healing. This clinical series suggests that it is.
