A fourth case of displacement of one ring of an intraluminal graft is reported. This occurred in a woman who was operated on for acute dissection of the aorta. The displacement happened 8 h after surgery and produced acute obstruction of the ascending aorta. Restoration of the proximal ring of the graft into its correct position was successful.
