The pathogenesis and the symptomatology of the infrequent voiding syndrome is discussed. The acceptability of clean intermittent self-catheterization as a treatment modality for women with the infrequent voiding syndrome is documented through questionnaires and retrospective study of patient records in fifty-four women. This study is part of a study already published.
