The method of long time intraaortal infusions will diminish the risk of complications following early excision of burn slough. It favours quick re-epithelisation. The method enables homeostasis of burnt patients to be normalized within a short time and wide wound surface to be covered with mesh-grafts, thus lowering the shock risk and the danger of secondary wound necrosis.
